Job Description

Monitor and evaluate live/recorded chat interactions for quality and compliance.
Provide constructive feedback and performance improvement recommendations.Prepare quality analysis reports and track KPIs like CSAT, FRT, Canned response modifications and resolution rates.Identify process gaps and suggest enhancements for better customer experience.Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a QA in a chat process.Proficiency in monitoring tools and CRM systems.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
