Must have 06 Months to 5 years of customer service experience & telephone call experience, and be able to skillfully handle any type of customer complaints in different scenarios. 2. Possess excellent thinking ability, be able to proactively think about how to solve problems and provide solutions. 3. Be able to maintain a positive personality, work effectively under pressure, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the same time 4.
