Quality Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of Generative AI applications, NLP components, and agent-based workflows

• Design and execute test cases for Big Data & ETL pipelines

• Conduct prompt validation, response accuracy checks, and functional regression testing

• Automate test scripts for API and system integration testing

• Validate data transformation and integrity across multiple systems

• Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to ensure quality delivery

• Report and track bugs, maintain documentation, and provide feedback on system performance

Requirements

• Gen AI & NLP Testing: Experience validating LLMs, prompts, and AI model outputs

• ETL & Big Data Testing: Validating large-scale data pipelines and transformations

• Test Automation: Hands-on with API, functional, regression, and performance test scripts

• SQL & Python: Strong in SQL for data validation; basic Python scripting for test automation

• Test Design & Documentation: Ability to write comprehensive test cases and maintain clear documentation

• Analytical Thinking: Strong debugging, issue tracking, and problem-solving skill
