Quality Analyst

We are seeking a Quality Analyst (Manual + Web + API) with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in manual testing of web applications and APIs, with the ability to identify, document, and track software defects throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

Develop and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA members to ensure product quality.

Conduct regression testing, sanity testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Validate API responses using tools like Postman or similar.

Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential quality risks.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications and APIs.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.

Basic understanding of SQL for backend data verification.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured) is a plus.

Experience testing mobile or content-based platforms is advantageous.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
