Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst who has experience in chat process to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing the chat and providing the process input to develop the product, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Audit the chats and calls BAU.

· Collaborate with client and internal team.

· Write clean and maintainablee emails to client.

· Participate in calibrations.

· Provide process and Product input for the development of the process and product.

· Meeting the KRA and KRI.

· Analyse DSAT/CSAT and share provide recommendations.

· Basic knowledge on Excel.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream

· Experience: 2+ years of experience as Quality Analyst in Non voice process (Chat) and Voice process.

· Skills and Competencies:

o Proficiency in English and Hindi

o Strong understanding of Crypto currency and trading knowledge will be helpful

o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

· Experience in Non voice process.

· Familiarity with agile development practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
