Job Description

You are a detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Software Tester responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Your main responsibilities include understanding project requirements, creating test plans & test cases, performing manual and/or automated testing, identifying and tracking software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve bugs, conducting regression testing, ensuring products meet requirements, and sharing test reports with stakeholders. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management process is necessary. Understanding of manual testing concepts with automation testing knowledge as a plus is required. Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, etc., is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills for reporting and collaboration are essential for this role.,
