Job Description

As an Executive / Sr. Executive / Team Lead - Quality at our hospital, your role involves devising and establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications. You will be responsible for promoting Quality Improvement in all processes and procedures of the hospital. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake quality initiatives, audits, and risk management in conjunction with the Quality and Unit Head. - Conduct surprise audits and investigations in various clinical and non-clinical areas, submitting findings reports to HODs & Top Management. - Recommend management on continual quality improvement activities. - Keep track of worldwide developments in healthcare quality and adopt best practices for process refinement. - Coordinate hospital committees meetings. - Guide cross-functional teams on quality aspects and identify training needs. - Coordinate and conduct training programs to implement quality management systems and technical management systems. - Educate staff and new joiners on emergency codes and hospital policies. - Conduct periodical rounds on patient safety aspects. - Perform internal auditing of various functions and areas of the hospital as per accreditation body guidelines. - Ensure clean surroundings and amenities in OPD areas, wards, labor room, OT, and patient amenities. - Assess hospitals on quality checklists and develop action plans to address gaps. - Participate in clinical audits, coordinate quality certifications and accreditations like NABH. - Interpret and implement Quality assurance standards to ensure patient safety and quality care. - Analyze collected data, prepare reports on trends, performance measures, and key performance indicators. - Conduct awareness sessions through mock drills to prepare the team for crisis situations. - Facilitate external audits conducted by Accreditation Bodies. - Handle any other portfolio entrusted by management. Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with a Masters Degree in Hospital Management. Work Experience: - 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager. - Sound knowledge of Quality concepts in hospitals (NABH). - Familiarity with regulatory requirements, qualifications, validations, and Quality Management Systems. - Experience in handling regulatory audits (NABH, etc.). In this role, you are expected to focus on Continuous Improvement Projects, Compliance and Documentation, ensuring No Non-Compliances in Audits, and conducting Training and Education for the staff.,
