Qualified CA + Ind AS (1-4 yrs)

As a Financial Accountant for the Indian entities, your role involves maintaining financial records in compliance with IGAAP, Ind As, and US GAAP. Your responsibilities include: - Recording transactions under the supervision of the Manager - Assisting in identifying and documenting accounting treatments - Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and compliance - Preparing management information and financial statements - Collaborating with foreign subsidiary accounting functions for reporting and controls - Maintaining ICFR process documentation and ensuring control compliance - Handling Auditors and Audit requirements - Performing reconciliations between IGAAP, Ind As, and US GAAP - Acting as a back-up for other staff members when necessary In terms of qualifications and experience, you are required to have: - Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting related degree - Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI - Experience with Big 4 CA firm or large multinational firm - Familiarity with Oracle ERP is advantageous - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and India financial principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation - Ability to analyze data, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team Your commitment to maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in this role.,
