Role Overview: As a Qliksense Developer at Ideas2IT, you will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to transform raw data into valuable insights. Your role will involve collaborating with data engineers and analysts to ensure data security and provide user training. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and excellent communication skills are crucial for this position. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Power BI certifications are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions in reporting tools. - Identify key performance indicators and design multi-dimensional data models. - Present large amounts of information in an easy-to-understand format. - Develop dynamic and attractive dashboards and reports using tools. - Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing BI systems. - Utilize programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation. - Demonstrate a good understanding of data visualization principles and techniques. - Exhibit proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Quicksight. - Utilize experience in database management, SQL, and data warehousing. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Craft and execute queries for data analysis. - Possess soft skills like communication, collaboration, and project management. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in SQL. - Good knowledge of reporting/BI tools, preferably Qlik Sense. - Good Qlik Cloud knowledge. - Proficient in data warehousing and data modeling. - Optional: AWS Knowledge.
