About Us

About the Team

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Client Solutions & Relationship Management

Partner with clients to understand and document their analytics and custom requirements
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Manage client feedback and solution refinement

Technical Leadership

Lead complex Qlik Sense development projects
Design and implement sophisticated risk and performance analytics dashboards
Establish technical standards and best practices
Review and approve technical solutions
Guide architectural decisions

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of Qlik Sense developers
Manage project priorities and resource allocation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Drive team performance and development

Required Qualifications

12+ years of Qlik Sense development experience
Strong data modeling and ETL capabilities
Background in financial services preferred, particularly in risk and performance reporting
Proven experience managing client relationships
Team leadership experience
