QE Manager

As a Test Manager with 12 to 19 years of experience, your primary role will be to oversee testing activities for multiple projects across web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include defining test strategies, ensuring product quality through functional, performance, and security testing, and mentoring the testing team to adhere to industry best practices. You will be required to deeply understand product and business requirements, develop test strategies to enhance product quality while meeting project timelines, and collaborate closely with project managers and customers to communicate testing-related updates. Your role will involve coordinating testing activities, monitoring project progress, and identifying and mitigating risks early on. Additionally, you will guide the testing team in implementing best practices across various testing areas such as System testing, Regression testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing. Monitoring team performance through quality metrics, contributing to documentation for new opportunities, and participating in pre-sales activities will also be part of your duties.
