Job Description

QC Reviewer

Key Responsibilities:

Review
analytical raw data
, instrument printouts, chromatograms, logbooks, worksheets, and COAs.
Review HPLC analytical data generated for
raw materials, intermediates, finished products
.
Verify that all results comply with SOPs, STPs, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure documentation accuracy as per
ALCOA / ALCOA+
, cGMP, GLP guidelines.
Review results from
HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, Wet Chemistry
and other analytical techniques.
Support OOS, OOT, deviation investigations by providing analytical review inputs.
Coordinate with QC analysts for corrections, clarifications, and adherence to good documentation practices.
Ensure readiness for
internal and external audits
(GMP, FSSAI, USFDA-style inspections).
Ensure timely review and release of analytical reports and COAs.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
HPLC analysis and integration concepts
.
Understanding of
analytical method validation & verification
.
Excellent documentation review and data integrity skills.
Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ICH, and nutraceutical/pharma QC standards.
Ability to identify analytical errors and ensure compliance.
