QC & Production Supervisor - Male

We are one of the leading Manufacturing company of Ice Creams Since 1948, our Brand name is "Joy". Presently we have an opening for a talented Male PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.

* The candidate should have a minimum experience of 3 to 5 years.

• Supervise and coordinate the ice cream production process to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor the mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream to ensure consistency and quality.
• Optimize production efficiency by reducing waste and downtime.
• Ensure proper usage of raw materials and ingredients according to standard formulations.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, finished products, and production equipment.
• Ensure all batches meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Assign duties to workers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Motivate and monitor employees to improve productivity and maintain discipline.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production machinery
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials.

*Appointment of the selected staff is for Thrissur Branch and will provide accommodation with food.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
