Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive to drive our brand's growth in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Execute promotional activities and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Regularly report sales performance and market insights to management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing (ice cream or frozen foods preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on a direct interview. This is an urgent requirement, and appointments will be made at the earliest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
