Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled QC Mechanical Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical components and products meet the required quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct mechanical inspections on products and components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Perform detailed measurements and tests using precision measuring instruments and tools.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections performed.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in mechanical inspection or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using mechanical measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and inspection processes.
Ability to analyze data and interpret results to drive decision making.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
