Job summary

The Quality Control Manager will lead the quality assurance and control processes within our operations in the Industrial, Oil & Gas sector. The position entails ensuring compliance with industry standards, managing quality control programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs tailored to the unique demands of the Industrial, Oil & Gas sector.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet local, national, and international quality and safety regulations.
• Inspection and Testing: Oversee all quality control inspections and testing processes to ensure product reliability and safety.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current quality processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions.
• Supplier Quality Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure purchased materials meet company quality standards.
• Team Leadership and Training: Lead, train, and develop the quality control team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in quality control management, preferably within the Industrial, Oil & Gas sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing ISO 9001 standards
• Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
