QC Inspector

Role Overview: As a Quality Control Inspector, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that incoming materials meet the required specifications and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Inspecting Incoming Materials: Evaluate raw materials to ensure they comply with specifications, standards, and relevant documentation. - Verifying Documentation: Check documentation such as purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy. - Identifying and Reporting Issues: Detect and report any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in the materials. - Maintaining Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of inspections, results, and any issues encountered. - Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues effectively. - Implementing Quality Control Procedures: Follow established standard operating procedures and contribute to the enhancement of quality control processes. - Using Inspection Tools: Utilize appropriate instruments and equipment to conduct inspections and measurements effectively. Qualification Required: - Prior experience in quality control or a related field is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies. - Good communication skills to collaborate with various teams. - Knowledge of inspection tools and techniques is advantageous.
