Experience Required

About the Role:

Quality Control (QC) Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Testing:

Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Operate and maintain analytical instruments like
HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
.
Ensure accurate sampling and testing of adhesives, polymers, and epoxy-based materials.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain all quality-related documentation, including COAs, test reports, and calibration records.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports.

Compliance & Coordination:

Coordinate with the production team for quality-related concerns and corrective actions.
Participate in audits, validations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to ISO and safety standards within the QC lab.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Proficiency in
HPLC, GC, and UV analytical instruments
(mandatory)
Experience with
adhesives, epoxy resins, or polymer
materials testing
Knowledge of standard QC protocols and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and documentation skills

Qualifications:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline
2-4 years of relevant experience in a QC role within the chemical or adhesives industry
