Key Responsibilities

A QC Assistant/Attendant performs essential, hands-on tasks in the quality control process. Core duties typically include:

  • Inspections and Testing:

    • Conducting

      routine inspections

      of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
    • Performing

      basic tests and measurements

      using standard tools (like calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check against specifications.
    • Operating electronic or software-based

      inspection equipment

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Accurately

      recording

      inspection and testing results.
    • Reporting

      any defects, non-conformances, or deviations to the QC Supervisor or relevant team.
    • Maintaining

      fail to meet specifications
