Job Description

As a Plant Operator in our company, your role involves operating and controlling RMC plant equipment, including batching plants, conveyors, and mixers. You will be responsible for monitoring and regulating concrete production to ensure consistent and accurate batching according to project requirements. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinating repairs with maintenance staff. - Maintaining records of production output, material usage, and equipment maintenance. - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of materials. - Collaborating with the quality control team to conduct regular testing of concrete mixes to verify strength, consistency, and quality compliance. - Coordinating with logistics personnel to schedule timely concrete deliveries to construction sites. - Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions. - Training and supervising plant staff to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation. - Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the plant area and storage facilities. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Experience: 3 to 7 years in quality control within the construction industry, preferably in an RMC plant environment. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
