· Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis & provide engineering support to produce high quality products.
· Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services or products through stage wise inspection & preparing Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection Test Plan, review quality documents, ITP, mark intervention points on ITP Hold, witness, review and surveillance as per inspection level and review & approval of QAP/ITP.
· Raw material inspection - Review of Test certificates with respect to standards, project specification and purchase order.
· Coordinating and carry out inspection as per approved QAP/ITP i.e visual and stage wise as well as final dimensional inspection with TPIs such as LR, BV, TPL, TUV-NORD, TUV-SUD or client representatives for Chemical tanks/Scrubbers/Pipes and fittings/Spools. Develop and initiate quality standards for various tests, inspection and evaluations and conversant with ASME, ASTM, BSEN, IS, DIN, API, AWWA standards and codes.
· Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects. Train staff, technicians and professionals on the aspects of quality control activities.
· Lead, direct and assist technical, professional staff in measuring and testing a product or a service.
