Job Description

As a QC Engineer, your role involves ensuring product quality and meeting customer expectations throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications. - Analyzing data from inspections and tests to identify trends, root causes of quality problems, and areas for improvement. - Working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. - Maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions, and preparing reports to document quality performance. - Collaborating with various departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire process. - Staying updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control. - Training and mentoring junior engineers or technicians in quality control procedures. - Auditing quality management systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness. - Liaising with customers to address quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you are expected to work full-time in a day shift at the provided in-person work location. The job also includes benefits such as Provident Fund.,
