QC Engineer (PEB Industry)

• Inspections and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, structural components, and finished PEB products, ensuring they comply with the project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitoring Production Processes: Oversee and monitor the entire manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to the fabrication of steel components, ensuring quality control at every stage.
• Quality Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all inspections, tests, and audits performed. Prepare reports on quality-related findings and non-conformances for management review.
• Coordination with Teams: Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure consistent product quality.
• Support in Pre-fabrication and Installation: Provide quality control support during the pre-fabrication phase and assist with on-site inspections during the erection of the PEB structures.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce defects in PEB products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
