QC Chemist

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Development

o Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for nutraceutical/functional food products.

o Conduct trials for new product development and improvement of existing products.

o Work on stability studies, analytical testing, and product performance evaluation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
• Documentation & Reporting

o Prepare technical documents, SOPs, trial reports, and product dossiers.

o Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.

• Support regulatory submissions with scientific data.
• Team Support & Training

o Mentor, guide, and train junior chemists/trainees in lab practices and R&D methodologies.

• Supervise day-to-day laboratory activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaboration & Coordination

o Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and quality control teams for successful scale-up of products.

• Stay updated with scientific advancements, raw material innovations, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

· M.Sc. / M.Tech / PhD in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceuticals, or related field.

· 5–6 years of R&D experience in nutraceuticals, food, or allied industries.

· Strong knowledge of formulation techniques, analytical methods, and regulatory standards (FSSAI, FDA, etc.).

· Hands-on lab experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.).

• Proven ability to independently manage R&D projects.

· Strong scientific and analytical mindset.

· Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Leadership skills with experience in mentoring juniors.

• Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
