QAQC SPECIALIST

Description

The QAQC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting audits, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality and compliance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and quality control activities.
Train and mentor junior QAQC staff on quality standards and practices.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in manufacturing or construction sectors.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Lean.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
