✅ Key Responsibilities

✔

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards across all construction phases✔

Inspection & Testing:

Conduct rigorous material/structural tests (concrete, steel, welding) as per IS codes✔

Document Control:

Maintain meticulous records of all QA/QC activities and NDT reports✔

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure adherence to project specifications and Indian construction codes✔

Defect Management:

Identify non-conformities and lead corrective actions✔

Supplier Quality:

Evaluate contractor deliverables and material certifications✔

Reporting:

Prepare daily quality reports using

Aconex/ProjectWise

✔

Safety Integration:

Collaborate with HSE teams for quality-safety alignment

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years QA/QC experience in rail/road/highway mega-projects
  • Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NDT Level II (UT/MPI/DPT)
  • Expertise in Indian Standards (IS, IRC, MoRTH) and international codes
  • Proficiency with QA software (Aconex, BIM 360) and testing equipment
  • Strong knowledge of welding, civil, and structural inspections
  • Engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical) preferred
