Job Description :-

• Quality Assurance System Development: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and client standards.
• Site Quality Audits: Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Non-Compliance Management: Manage non-compliance issues, including documentation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Supplier and Material Inspection: Inspect and approve incoming materials and supplier quality to ensure consistency with project specifications.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain documentation for compliance audits and internal use.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC management within the real estate or construction industry, specifically in residential projects.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications in Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in construction industry software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
