QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control at our RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Batching Plant in Durgapur. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations meet industry standards and project specifications, maintaining the highest quality of concrete production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures for RMC production.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, batching, mixing, and finished concrete.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Identify issues in production or quality and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with plant operators, site engineers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in RMC plants or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, materials testing, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with IS codes and relevant safety regulations.
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
