We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control at our RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Batching Plant in Durgapur. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations meet industry standards and project specifications, maintaining the highest quality of concrete production.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain quality control procedures for RMC production.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, batching, mixing, and finished concrete.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports.
Identify issues in production or quality and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with plant operators, site engineers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in RMC plants or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, materials testing, and quality standards.
Familiarity with IS codes and relevant safety regulations.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
