Job summary

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards in construction projects and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan that aligns with project requirements and industry standards.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections and testing of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Non-Conformance Handling: Identify, document, and manage non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-6 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the real estate or residential construction sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field such as B.Tech/B.E.
• Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and quality management systems.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Quality Management or related credentials
• Experience with residential real estate projects
