QA/MR Manager, Quality Head & Quality Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Opening for QA/ MR Manager-

10+ years experience in flexible packaging industry only.

Must Have Experience in QMS audit, ISO audit, BRCGS audit, Quality documentation etc.

2. Opening for Quality Head.

15+ years experience in Quality Department in Flexible Packaging industry.

3. Quality Executive- Min 3 to 4 Years experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cylinder Proof & Shade Reference

Verify and approve cylinder proofs for all new jobs.

Maintain proper documentation and shade reference records for new developments.

2. Dispatch COA Management

Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for dispatched materials.

Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure COA clearance prior to vehicle release.

3. Specification & Customer Complaint Records

Maintain customer specification and product data records.

Record, analyze, and track customer complaints with complete documentation and follow-up.

4. Laboratory Data Management

Enter and maintain laboratory test data as per Job Specification Sheet (JSS).

Ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance of laboratory records.

5. Job Specification Sheet (JSS) Preparation

Prepare, review, and update JSS as per customer requirements and internal quality standards.

6. External Testing Coordination

Arrange and coordinate external testing such as migration, seal strength, bond strength tests, etc.

Dispatch samples to approved external laboratories and follow up on test results.

7. Regulatory & Compliance Documentation

Maintain regulatory and customer compliance documents including FDA, COC, MSDS, and others.

8. Quality NCR & Data Records

Maintain Quality Non-Conformance Reports (QNCR).

Record and monitor ink GSM and related quality parameters.

Maintain accurate quality data records for audits and traceability.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of quality testing methods and laboratory equipment

Understanding of raw material quality

Strong process and technical knowledge

Defect identification and root cause analysis

Quality systems and documentation

Communication skills and food safety awareness

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: CIPET / B.Sc. / B.Tech (Packaging / Polymer / Chemistry preferred)
