QA Tester

As a QA Engineer at Visko Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before release. With 13 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans to maintain the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify potential software defects. - Perform manual and automated testing for both web and mobile applications. - Document and track software defects and inconsistencies for timely resolution. - Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to uphold quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Conduct various types of testing including regression, performance, integration, and UAT testing. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software testing. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or similar. - Good understanding of SDLC & STLC along with familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Trello. - Knowledge of SQL and API testing is considered a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. In addition, it is nice to have experience in Agile/Scrum development processes and a basic understanding of performance and security testing.
