QA Tester

Job Title: QA Tester (Fresher / Trainee)

Department: Quality Assurance / Software Testing

Location: Mansarover, Jaipur

Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Trained in Manual & Automation Testing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester who has undergone formal training in software testing and is eager to start a career in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of software products before release.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software meets requirements.

Identify, log, and track bugs or issues through defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).

Work closely with the development team to understand features and resolve issues.

Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.

Prepare test reports, documentation, and maintain test case repositories.

Perform regression testing, functional testing, and UI validation.

Ensure product quality across different browsers, devices, and environments.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Good knowledge of Manual Testing, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.

Familiarity with Automation Tools like Selenium (basic knowledge preferred).

Understanding of Defect Life Cycle and bug tracking process.

Knowledge of Test Case Design, Test Scenarios, and Test Execution.

Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (optional but preferred).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Completed training or certification in Software Testing / QA.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

Jira, Postman, Selenium, TestNG, Excel / Test Management Tools

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
