QA Tester Representative-IT

As a Salesforce (SFDC) Quality Assurance professional at Lutron's Gurgaon team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions by collaborating with experienced Computer Science and IT professionals. Your responsibilities will involve identifying issues, validating functionality, and maintaining critical systems supporting global business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business team, stakeholders, and internal teams to review requirements, analyze specifications, and provide feedback - Work across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, B2B Commerce, and Field Service - Plan QA activities, design and execute test cases (manual and automated), report issues/defects, and perform regression testing Qualifications Required: - Possess a minimum 4-year Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum percentage of 60% - Ideally 0-2 years of experience as a QA or Software Tester - Basic understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience working in Agile methodology and Scrum framework - Knowledge of SFDC testing, Software Testing Life Cycle process, and various software testing methodologies - Strong problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, service mind-set, attention to detail, and alignment with Lutron's culture and values Lutron Electronics, a global leader in lighting control and shading solutions, offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
