QA Test Engineer

As a QA Tester at oCode Technologies, a leading software development company located in Mohali, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, propose enhancements, and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, your key responsibilities will include performing functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications, developing and executing test cases and plans, identifying and tracking software defects, collaborating with developers and product managers, participating in design and code reviews, analyzing root causes of issues, staying updated on industry best practices, providing feedback on product quality, and contributing to testing documentation maintenance. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, proven experience as a QA Tester with expertise in manual and automation testing, strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber, proficiency in test case design and execution, understanding of Agile development methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
