Full Time
1) Supervise QC personnel and monitor their day-to-day activities.
2) Ensure that quality procedures and inspections are implemented and followed on-site.
3) Coordinate with the project team to resolve quality-related issues.
4) Conduct site audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
5) Maintain records of quality documentation including inspection reports, test records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
6) Ensure quality of Site implementation documents.
7) Coordinate ISA site audits.
8) Ensure all materials and workmanship are inspected and conform to specifications.
9) Conduct regular training / brainstorming to QC staff regularly.
10) Circulate Site audit open points to respective project staff weekly.
3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Strong understanding of ISO 9001, project specifications, and construction/ engineering standards
Good communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-related software tools
Experience in Rail Signalling domain, Safety critical systems is added advantage.
