Description
Role & responsibilities Lead a team of software developers, Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices Facilitate professional development and training for team members Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, WPF, WCF , and Oracle/SQL Server Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and design principles Plan, prioritize, and manage development tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed. Work closely with QA, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment Drive the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core , WPF , WCF , and Oracle/SQL databases Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and SOA architectures Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
