QA Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or testing.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).

Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.

Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic understanding of test automation concepts and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).

Basic knowledge in Java/C#/Python/TypeScript/ERP

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.

Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

Exposure to performance testing concepts
