QA - Service Assurance

As a QA - Service Assurance at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, your role will involve driving quality validation, regression assurance, and UAT support for corporate lending modules. Your main responsibilities will include: - Analyzing production defects, creating test scenarios, and validating root causes. - Developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure system functionality and performance. - Validating fixes, patches, and enhancements in production, ensuring timely issue resolution within SLA targets. - Conducting regression, functional, and performance testing for T24 Lending updates. - Coordinating UAT with business stakeholders, tracking defects, and ensuring closure. - Supporting release readiness checks, environment validations, and smoke testing. - Documenting test results, QA sign-off, and traceability matrices. - Collaborating with BA and technical analysts for seamless defect resolution. For this role, you should have: - 5-8 years of QA experience in banking, with at least 3 years in Transact testing and production support in SME/Corporate lending. - Strong understanding of T24 Lending modules, workflows, and integrations, particularly in Core Banking Transact. - Experience in incident-based testing, regression validation, and change support. - Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies such as Selenium, JIRA, and Postman. - Familiarity with Agile and ITIL processes. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
