QA Senior Engineer

• Creation, Execution and Maintenance of Test requirements, Test Cases, reporting defects.
• Work with QA team that supports functional and technical needs.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and prepare test coverage plan.
• Develop, Document and maintain functional / Test cases and traceability.
• Document system defects using bug tracking system and report defects to developers.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track success.
• Develop and maintain Object repositories, test data, and function libraries.
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.
• As a test expert, he/she is expected to coach other team members in software testing techniques

• 6+ years of experience in QA and testing experience.
• Proficient in QA process, documentation and Manual / Automated testing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and understand functional aspects of the projects.
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specification or from communications.
• Experience in creation, execution, and maintenance of Test requirements, Test cases, and reporting defects.
