We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure process compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising shop-floor operations, preparing reports, and assisting in production planning while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Monitor and implement existing process improvements to enhance production efficiency. * Ensure product and process compliance by conducting regular checks and inspections. * Supervise daily shop-floor operations and prepare accurate production reports. * Develop work instructions, workflows, and SOPs to support standardized operations. * Assist the production team in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Maintain and manage log books, production records, and documentation. * Utilize and handle measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are followed on the shop floor. * Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth plant operations.
