JOB ROLE
Lead end-to-end project management for QA Programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including New model development, Bought out Parts Quality, Market Quality, In-plant Quality Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Project Delivery: On-time delivery of assigned projects.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Effective communication and collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders. Risk Management: Proactive identification and resolution of project risks and
issues. Process Improvement: Implementation of best practices and continuous
improvement initiatives in project execution. Team Coordination: Efficient cross-functional team engagement and resource
utilization. Reporting & Documentation: Timely and accurate reporting of project status,
milestones, and KPIs. COMPETENCIES Presentation Skills: Ability to demonstrate the ideas through content creation
and delivery. Proficiency with MS Power point & other MS-office tools. Technical Acumen: Understanding of automotive systems, manufacturing
processes, and engineering principles Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
Customer Orientation: Focused on delivering value and satisfaction to internal
and external customers. Adaptability: Comfortable managing change and ambiguity in a dynamic
environment. Computer environment proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval. INDUSTRY PREFERENCE:
Automotive Industry (4 wheeler / LCV / 2 Wheeler / Companies, reputed Tier-1 Non-MSIL Vendor). EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION B.Tech /BE from a reputable College Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
