QA Manager

The Quality Control (QC) Manager at Shish Industries Ltd. in Mahuvej will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet set standards and specifications. You will supervise the maintenance of quality standards, develop quality control processes, and conduct audits to address quality issues. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with ISO and other certifications, implementing quality manuals, and aligning documentation with certification standards. You will establish systems to maintain product quality consistency, provide training on quality practices, and collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control. Documentation of quality checks, corrective actions, and process improvements, along with preparing reports on quality metrics, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the QC team, promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and drive professional development. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, along with 4-7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Possessing an ISO Lead Auditor Certification is highly preferred.
