QA Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager with 4-7 years of experience in quality control and assurance in Mechanical Engineering field. The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing systems, and handling customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance and control across raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Product inspection and dimensional checking of products.
• Conduct and supervise rubber testing (tensile strength, elongation, hardness, compression set, aging, etc.).
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Compliance of QMS.
• Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and audits.
• Train and guide QC inspectors and production teams.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and certificates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduation in Mechanical/Polymer/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant QA/QC experience (preferably in the rubber/manufacturing/engineering industry).
• Knowledge on 5S, Kaizen, AS9100, IATF 16949 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC tools, ISO standards, and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
