We're seeking an experienced QA Leader with 7-11 years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences to join our team in Bangalore!
- Strong understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences processes (Clinical Trials, Regulatory Submissions, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing)
- Proven experience managing large QA programs and teams - Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, API automation) - Familiarity with Gen AI testing tools and predictive analytics - Deep understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and other regulatory standards - Excellent client-facing and presentation skills - ETL testing experience a plus
