Job Description

Role Description As a Senior Test Lead candidate will be individual contributor in Manual & Automation QA team and do hand on in writing the automation test cases using java/selenium. Long Description Role and responsibilities Manage automation-testing suites/cases. Identify automation ears and write the automation test cases using java/selenium. Mentor Junior QA team members including Manual QA. Execute regression suites prior to Production release and other repeatable tests to maintain product Quality. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Work in a dynamic environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs. Communicate with Client and end customers in written and verbal. Contributes on all aspects of Testing, QA Framework for existing projects and Projects from Scratch. Should be able to interact with client and customers for Escalated Customer Issues/Bugs. Peer Review of other QA member’s work. Document Automation processes, methods and help in Demo as necessary. Technical skills requirements The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in, Robot based Automation Framework in Java and Selenium. Working experience in GIT, Bitbucket or Gitlab or Github and Jenkins. Expertise in Selenium, Built automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests. Quality Assurance framework and methodologies Product Life Cycle knowledge Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies Nice-to-have skills Prior experience with teamcity, TestNG, AWS and Jira. Good exposure to Testing and reporting tools like Zephyr Good networking domain related concepts Strong verbal as well as written communication skills Self-motivated and self-driven to work against tight timelines Team player & have the ability to multi-task based on project needs.
