Job Description

About the Role:

Lead and mentor the QA team to deliver high-quality software releases on schedule.
Design, develop, and oversee execution of comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts (manual and automated).
Ensure test coverage across functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
Track, prioritize, and resolve defects using test management and tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align QA efforts with project requirements.
Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and introduce tools to enhance QA efficiency.
Report on quality metrics and ensure compliance with release standards.

Requirements:

4 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
