Mandate skills Hands-on experience of minimum 4-6 years in QA Role. Working knowledge in Insurance domain. Expertise in manual testing and should have conceptual knowledge of automation testing. Other skills Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Should have Strong testing aptitude with clear understanding of testing concepts (testing life cycle test plan test strategy defect life cycle). Familiarity with common defect tracking tools (i.e. JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) Exposure to Regression, Load and Performance Testing. Good knowledge of database and able to write SQL queries. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all project roles, across multiple project teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Understand requirements user stories, system requirements and create corresponding test scenarios and test cases. Performing Software Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, GUI testing. (Mobile & Web Applications). Communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to the project team and other stakeholders based on test plans. Track defects, create and maintain testing reports.
