Job Summary
QA Automation Lead will be responsible forQuality Assurance for projects (1 or more projects) across different clients.He/She will establish project priorities and manage the activities of the QAAutomation Engineers within the team, delivering each project in a timelymanner, ensuring quality, performance and conformance.

Participatein defining overall project releases
Workwith leadership team to achieve project level objectives
Overseeproject test planning and execution
Automationproject plan/strategy development and establishing automation milestones
Developand Execute Automation metrics and Dashboards
Co-ordinationwith release management, PO s, development, deployment, QA and UAT teams toensure delivering with high quality and timely manner
Coordinateand manage allocation of all QA Automation Engineers to ensure delivery ofresults
Developmentand maintenance of QA Automation estimation matching project needs
Trackingautomation project status and ensuring project adhere to quality, schedule andbudget
Communicatingautomation project status to all stakeholders
Anticipateand address project huddles. Issue resolution and escalation
Teammanagement skills in terms of recognition, communication and contributions
Reviewcurrent automation code standards and quality. Identify, Improve and Implementappropriate techniques to match project needs
Assistin research and implementation of appropriate automation tools, framework.Works to resolve all complex problems. Reports progress on problem resolutionto management
Evaluatedifferent technology platforms and their feasibility study to improve qualitystandards
Automationtools to reduce manual intervention and improve project delivery
Ensureautomation code reusability, scalability, robustness and flexibility withrespect to design
