Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern from the Electrical or Electronics Engineering stream to support our Quality Assurance team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to IATF 16949 documentation, quality systems, and certification processes in an engineering or manufacturing setup.

The role is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to learn about industrial quality standards, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation, organization, and maintenance of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 quality documentation.

Support the QA team in internal audit preparation, non-conformity tracking, and corrective action documentation.

Help in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow documentation.

Maintain document control and ensure proper version management.

Assist in collecting and compiling data for management review and quality performance reports.

Support in calibration and equipment verification record maintenance.

Participate in awareness and training sessions related to quality systems.

Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams for documentation and compliance needs.

Required Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949 will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and Fishbone diagram.

Exposure to or coursework in industrial quality or manufacturing processes.

Positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement.

Interest in pursuing a career in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering
