Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Executive to join our team in Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in the recruitment industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage product batch releases, including owning the QA product release workflow in SAP.
Lead and supervise a team of QA professionals to perform operations as described above.
Review and approve Purchase Specifications and Analytical Standards.
Create an environment of open communication, participation, and information-sharing within and between teams within QA and throughout the facility.
Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and quality agreements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and chemical quality standards.

Job Requirements

M.Sc degree in a relevant field.
Possess strong knowledge of QA principles, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience working on Green Field Projects and managing Quality Agreements is preferred.
